Oh my soul, can't believe this crowd!
Booked a parcel through DHL Express to Arizona USA on the 23 April 2019, received notification it would be collected on the 24th.
24th, No show 25th No show 26th Took it to DHL depot myself 29th get an e-mail they will collect today, the Parcel is already in Heathrow
Nicely done DHL/Ram Couriers your incompetence has provided me with a lesson for my kids today. How NOT to run a business and how to alienate customers.
