Nthabiseng the ****ty consultant from RAM

I have been struggling with you guys for a while now i am not impressed with your services at all.

I was expecting my delivery from the 4th of August and to date your consultants have been to say the least unexceptional and underwhelming.

My reference is RAIN04-***7 and my address is outside Mamelodi.

I have not had even one driver try to call me with regards to the parcel delivery. they are keeping my parcel crying a strike in Mamelodi.

what amazes me is that i live a good 10kms away from Mamelodi and i am in no way affected by the strike.

Yesterday i called in and spoke to a consultant who understood what i had to say and made a note to get my parcel delivered: image.png

Today i called your support centre and Nthabiseng put the phone down on me when i asked to speak to someone more senior who would assist me with my query. I am disgusted and will be reviewing your service and that of Nthabiseng on all social media platforms.
