Notification of collection

I am in the process of trying to cancel my vodacom contract. They sent RAM couriers a month ago to collect the parcel. Vodacom is still waiting to be notified of the collection. They have escalated the request on numerous occasions but nothing. Trying to get through to someone on the phone is a challenge. In the meantime I'm stuck with a contract I don't want
