Not Releasing Provident Fund Documents

I was booked off from work last year June to July 2015 and was forced to resign from my job. I have requeted my prodent fund documents on numerous occasions but cannot get a clear answer. Mr. Dace first told me that he sent my documents with 1 of the employees to my residence but that was just a lie. I have been to his office on numerous occasion and everytime he gives me a different story/excuse why they do not have the documents for me to claim my provident fund that is due to me. This is now going on for the last 7 months and I really need my money because I have been forced to resign from work and currently am unemployed hence I am approaching Hello Peter to assist in this regard.
