Not paid

I have a friend (LM Mellett) who worked for RAM Couriers but she decided to move to another company due to promises made by a person called Pierre of the Branch in Bloemfontein that they did not meet. After resigning she completed a lot of forms and the Branch in Bloemfontein where she was stationed promised her that all moneys owed to her by RAM will be paid to her without delay. It is now three months later and she did not receive anything yet. When she phones the Bloemfontein Branch a male called Pierre she cannot get hold of them. Can you please assist urgently?

Her ID:

Identity number : 910 ********** 083

Contact no : **********

Good Day,

I have taken this matter up with our Payroll department and they have advised the following.

He salary was calculated and she owes Ram R2 357.63. Therefore, there was no money due to her. She contacted Mario some time ago to discuss her final salary and he advised her that there were a number of unpaid leave days – he even cited the dates to her. She then said that she was unhappy about the unpaid leave and Mario suggested that she contact Pierre to sort it out and if Pierre can confirm that she was at work on those days, we would reverse the unpaid leave and pay her. Her response was that Pierre doesn’t want to help her. Louisa did not work a notice period – she resigned and left on 10 March. She had been paid in full for February.

I have also spoken to Pierre and he advised that Louisa used all her sick leave, family responsibility leave and annual leave and then unpaid leave was deducted. He unfortunately can not authorize any other payments to be made to her due to this.

Louisa has been paid according to our record the correct amount and she still owes RAM funds.
