Not listening, pure harassment
I have been trying to explain to Ram couriers for a week they have the wrong person, yet they harass me every day. I have even gone so far to give them the correct number of the correct person to phone to organise delivery (this is after a massive misunderstanding as they couldn't pronounce names or street names correctly- no biggy English is also not my first language). But seriously stop. Just stop. Leave me alone. I am now ignoring their calls - I don't even know if the packages are for me or not anymore because I can't deal with the harassments. This review is a last ditch attempt to get them to stop. Please stop. Only phone me for my packages. If I tell you it's not for and phone the correct person, please do that. Stop. The. Harassment. Stop It. Stop it Now.
We sincerely do apologise for the harassments that you have been experiencing with the courier calling you.
In order for us to be able to assist , we will need the contact number they are calling you on. Or a tracking number of the parcel they are calling you about.
This will assist in having the contact number no called again.
