NOT KEEPING PROMISES, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND DEFENSIVE

Ram have my parcel from last week Wednesday. Sent it out on Thursday. I told them I was on leave on Thursday and Friday. I then made an arrangement for Monday. They sent it out again on Friday knowing I am not there to tick the box I suppose. Monday, I waited at the office for the whole day as agreed. Later I called the delivery guy who told me they were doing a different location. If you call them, they would not apologies but be on defense for everything. They have now logged a query to cancel and send it back, whilst I am waiting at the office today. I will never use them, not even in my dreams.
