Not Happy with the Service

I requested a parcel from RAIN on the 20th April with the specific address of where to Deliver. Yesterday I got a confirmation that my parcel is out for Delivery only to discover that the delivery is going to my home address not my work address I requested . I called RAM and spoke to Masego who changed the address to the one i requested and told me they will deliver today. @12:24 I get a message that its out for Delivery and guess what? Its Still on the same address yet again. I spoke to Felicia who tried to call the driver but failed to get hold of them. I then got a Call from Ntombi who said she doesn't know where the mix-up occurred. I refuse to wait another 24 hours as I am loosing business with no fault of mine. She advised that someone will call me and I'm still waiting. My tracking number is below. Don't get me wrong, the ladies were polite and empathetic, however I am the one whose business is suffering at the moment.
