Not delivering in time - 10 days for a new day delivery

I pay for a next day deliver on 24 July 2020 expecting some delays with assumption I will have my parcel on the 28th at least. . . . its now the 3 RD of AUGUST and still did not get my next day deliver parcel . . . Service is surely going backwards as this is now the 3rd matter in a month not been processed in a fair amount of time.RL*** Try and call them they are full of excuses however never return your calls or follow upon matter. . .
