Not delivering

So I am waiting for my delivery. I haven't received any call from the driver and it says on the online tracking no delivery. But I am waiting for the call and still nothing.

What I don't understand is there is boom gates, he could have just gone through the boom gates why the need to call me even though there was no sign of the driver? The guards would have just called me and he could have entered the premises.
