Not Delivered on time. Pathetic service!

I ordered a LTE Package from afrihost and on friday 15/12/2017 which was yesterday i received a sms saying that my parcel will arrive between 8am and 5pm on that specific day. I was shocked as there was no contact from RAM on any previous day to tell me that they will be deliveing and only 6 oclock in the morning i received a message? So i cancelled all my appointments and meetings as iwas excited that i would be finally receiving my router and sim as i have been waiting for it for almost 2 weeks now. I made sure i was home from 8am to 5pm and who pitched up in front off my door? NO ONE! i spoke to afrihost and they gave me a reference number and told me to contact RAM on monday. so now i have to cancel all my appointments on monday next week again to make sure i am home, this is a potential lost of money for my company. Here is my Waybill,Reference Number AFRH2890. I WOULD STILL LIKE MY DELIVERY TO BE Delivered TODAY ON SATURDAY PLEASE!OR ON MONDAY BEFORE 10AM ! This is really pathetic!
