NOT CONVENIENT

RAM is not a convenient delivery service to use, in this day and age. I am quite disappointed, I was expecting some parcels and indeed I got message notifying me that my parcels were handed over to them, I was actually expecting them to schedule a delivery with me first to check if I will be available but instead the following day in the morning I receive a call from the courier guy telling me that he is outside I told him I don’t remember scheduling any delivery for that day and I was not at home okay then they took the deliveries back. Friday morning I get a call from the guy again saying he got my parcels and will be delivering today, okay I was fine with that, then I asked him at what time is he going to arrive so that I can schedule my appointments accordingly he tells me that he does not know at what time he is going to arrive. RAM should learn a thing or two from CDC Couriers, with this company, a client can access and control their deliveries, and a client knows the time the delivery is going to arrive, and if they are delayed, they notify you!! I don’t see myself ever using RAM again, now I have to sit and wait for the delivery not knowing what time it’s going to come, at that time I have plans.
