Nonsensical Courier
Horrible service, I have been waiting for a Vodacom order for a month now. Ram lies about the delivery updates and always has a new story to why the delivery was unsuccessful. I don't even understand why companies keep using RAM as their couriers. Even the managers at RAM are of no assistance, I've wasted my time and money talking to them, one month later still no package.

20 Aug 2024, 15:48You guys need to be more creative with your excuses, and be bit more proactive in communicating with clients. Had you called and communicated that, you would've known that i have everything necessary for both third party and actual client delivery collection. But then again its RAM, your only forms of communication are "unsuccessful delivery" and excuses.
An entire month for one item!, you certainly are the best there is out there.
