None Delivery
Your services are pathetic. I have been waiting for my delivery for more than 24hours after I checked on the website where my delivery is. I was expecting my delivery on the 23 November '20 to my surprise it was not delivered and i have not even received a phone call to inform me that they will not deliver my parcel. I have phoned them on the 24 November '20 at 08:47 to follow up on my order and i was advised that the parcel is out for delivery but they are not sure if it will be delivered today I have asked to please ensure that i have the parcel by 12pm today as I have other commitments and I will not be available after 12pm, however nothing has been done with request I only notice that a comment was left on their website about my request but nothing has been done. Please tell me how will i be getting my parcel as I needed it today before 2pm and I have not received a single phone call or message whatsoever with regards to my parcel. I am deeply disappointed with the services received from RAM and it is not the 1st time. I will never make use of your courier services ever.

We do apologise for the delayed delivery of parcel and the inconvenience caused thereof.
The matter has been escalated to the branch manager to ensure that the parcel is delivered tomorrow at the soonest possible time, without fail.
Communication will be made to you in the morning as soon as the parcel goes out for delivery so that meeting times can be arranged.
