Non responsiveness - Incompetence

Good evening,

I have been having a challenge that I have been waiting for a delivery for 3 days now with no update on what is happening, I have been following up and unfortunately I have been sent from pillar to post and what is frustrating is the waiting and not being able to leave my place because I do not want to miss the delivery. I’m stacked and unable to generate any income, at least respond as promised or update your system as to what is happening so that I do not harass you, if you are unable to deliver, please allow me to collect my parcel because this is really inconveniencing me. Please get back to me. I never realised how unreliable this RAM company is, so much incompetency and unreliability.
