Non-Existent 'Service'

My Vodacom router was out for delivery today. They assured us it would be here by 17h00. It is now 17h43 and no delivery. The tracking status is also now suddenly 'Non Delivery'. We have been waiting for this router for 3 weeks! Not once did RAM also try to contact the number linked to the parcel. We also tried numerous times to phone RAM's Customer 'Care' centre, but it is evident you do not really 'Care' as nobody picks up the phone. I need answers as to 1) why the delivery was not made and 2) when a delivery will actually BE made. I cannot believe Vodacom associates itself with a courier company like yourselves.
