Non Existent Service
Absolutely pathetic to say the least. Parcels booked 4 days ago have still not been collected, customer care agents request feedback from other staff via email yet it gets ignored, parcels to be delivered have been with Ram 4 days as well with no delivery, phones don't get answered, live chat is ridiculous.... How come other courier companies can cope during December, Ram seems to being falling apart! Taking monies for a service and not giving a service is ******* Ram Couriers!!

10 Dec 2024, 14:41Definitely not case closed no because my collections have been canceled and I am being ignored on my reimbur*****ts, maybe other consumers will accept that excuse but not me not by far, other companies are operating sufficiently but the complaints against Ram speaks for itself, all I am doing now is reporting Ram Logistics to the NCR / CPA and I will go as far as making a case of theft if my parcels aren't delivered and my monies aren't reimbursed for canceled bookings. Case will bw CLOSED once I as the client gets my goods / monies.
