Non existent customer service
I don't understand how you send a parcel from Gauteng to Mpumalanga via Cape Town ? I called yesterday 02 October 2023 and was promised that this will be escalated and that i will be called back. Nothing. Called again today 03 October 2023 and then the same story. This is ridiculous ! No movement on my parcel since the 30th of September.

03 Oct 2023, 11:06The address given that came with the parcel was CONSTANTIAPARK EERSTE RIVER 7100 which is in Cape Town that is why the order was taken there, it has been corrected and we will ship that parcel to Witbank.

Kindly note the below the address was corrected yesterday on the system, we get address updated from the supplier. we will re-direct the order to Witbank tonight from Cape town unfortunately there are no direct flights it will travel by road.
