Non existent customer service
How can I give no stars? Absolute horrible service… driver left with my package because his scanner didn’t work and now I am impacted! I have to make follow up calls to find out what is happening! Non existent customer service I got hung up on! I have received no feedbackThe driver was supposed to fetch another device then someone else was supposed to come through And now nothing I am still waiting!

02 Mar 2022, 13:40Good day Ram… after another follow up call I got this sorted thanks to a very helpful TL in your call center (I wish I wrote down his name) and a very helpful dispatch manager who sent out one of his drivers especially to deliver my package! There are still some good people out there that are indeed in it for the customer service!!
