Non Existant Customer Service

Worst Customer Service EVER.

I Received Notice that my Package was out for delivery today. I get Phoned by RAM they said they courier could not FIND my address CLEARLY stipulated and verified BY RAM.

They said that the Driver left He never contacted me or anything. I told the Lady who called me I can not receive delivery tomorrow and she said she will phone me back.

2 Hours later no Phone call I checked on the Tracking App and Low and Behold it states That the package will be delivered TOMORROW.

I Phoned them 10 times now EVERY CALL They said I WILL CALL YOU BACK or I HAVE ESCALATED this to the manager.

THIS IS REDICULOUS!!! No one has contacted me yet!!!!!!! How Can your Customers NOT be your number one priority???

I will be contacting the Company who uses your Services and advise them on your TERRIBLE customer service.
