Non-Delivery without Notification
Good Day,
I am currently using the RAM website to track my parcel delivery. The current status shows "RAMMobile NonDelivery - "
However, I did not receive any calls from the delivery person and had no idea that anyone was at the office to deliver my package.
Could you please assist in this regards.
My reference number is: K ********** .

03 Dec 2018, 10:34No contact has been made with me. RAM couriers once again phoned the wrong contact number this morning after I have provided the correct contact number on multiple calls on 30 November.
Still awaiting feedback on how we can resolve the original issue.
