NON DELIVERY - URGENT PACKAGE NEEDED!!!!!!

HORRIBLE AND RUDE DRIVER WAS HERE TO DELIVER MY PARCEL - I did not have my ID at the moment so he could not deliver it (Which is fine) I called RAM to ask them to reschedule delivery as I found my ID & was told they would let me know. They did not arrange anyhting. Certain days I am not at the address I gave that is why I need COMMUNICATION!!!!!!!!!

I am in Welkom today 17/05 and tomorrow 18/05 but this is a VERY urgent parcel as I need the phone to go with me on Thursday, please advise soonest?
