Non delivery (twice) no phone call and unhelpful agents

Been tracking my parcel for two days - and both times I get a non delivery notification but no call. And each time I call RAM to find out what is happening, they attempt to call the driver (I assume) but always come back to me with the same words ...the driver called you but you did not pick up. Utter nonsense - worse part is that on day two I was in the garage, facing the gate and I had my phone on the whole time - what type of contact do they really use and why can't they send proof that they were there and there was no one?
