Non delivery service

I had a very important delivery due today. Was sms'd early this morning stating my delivery was dispatched and will receive it between 8am and 5pm It is 5pm now and no delivery! I cancelled very important appointments for this delivery. The goods was for a present to be given this evening! My husband and I were on the phone with the call centre and got put on hold until our airtime ran out ? they sent us back and forth and gave us the number for the "cape town office" only to be back to the same call centre! I will never ever recommend RAM to anyone
