Non delivery of Rain Sim

I ordered a Rain Sim for my mother and have been tracking and called your offices today.

The tracking showed non delivery yesterday yet no courier called to attempt delivery. And today I was told it would be delivered and again nothing. Despite the call centre agent confirming with the courier that it will be delivered my 1pm today.

Can someone please advise what the issue is.
