Non delivery of Parcel

I sent a Parcel via Ram Couriers to Margate KZN from East London. Waybill RL***. They keep saying unable to deliver. I phoned Call Centre on the 1st December 2023 to let them know if receiver doesn't answer phone(because of Load Shedd sometimes no Signal)they must hoot at gate & someone will come. I just got message from receiver no delivery today. Tracked my parcel & says can't get hold of person, Business closed. What a lot of ******* I have sent a parcel to same address not so long ago & it was delivered. They are my Granddaughter's Christmas presents. Sent parcel way in advance due to this is busy time of the year. The receiver made arrangements to have gate opened as got I SMS to say parcel will be out for delivery today. Just not acceptable as they have delivered to this address before. Very disappointed as like I said my Granddaughter's Christmas present inside. Please can someone look into this & get back to me.
