Non-Delivery of Package

I was ensured my package would be delivered today by Rose, this has not been the case and I am extremely unhappy, I am away from Sunday and will not be able to take delivery until the 30th December, this is extremely unfortunate and will consider cancelling the service with Rain, your communication has been extremely poor and I am beyond frustrated!! You wasted my entire day waiting for a package that never arrived??
