Non delivery of a simple Sim card

I've waited 2 weeks for a simple Sim card. They don't even communicate to say we are coming now, they just appear from nowhere and say we are at your gate whilest I'm at work. The call centre doesn't respond at all. You will be on hold the whole time. Nightmare
