Non-delivery

Can I get an update on my delivery. I have been sending messages to follow-up on my delivery and I am not getting any joy. Since yesterday i have been complaining about your services and it seems like it just falling on deaf ears. I am very disappointed in the service received from RAM and this is not the 1st or 2nd time that I have been experiencing this. My order is not being delivered on the days mentioned. I am not getting any updates or any form of communication if there is a delay. I just need to except that your driver left the area and is unable to return to the area. As a customer i just need to expect that your driver missed my house. I am inconveniencing people as i need to ensure that someone is at home to collect my delivery and you just don't pitch up.

Please ensure that my order gets delivered today and if you are unable to make the delivery today do let me know so that I can collect it from your offices.
