Non-delivery as pre-arranged

Don't ever use RAM Couriers.<br> On Tuesday, 18/08/2015 RAM Witbank phoned me to ask whether I would be available at the specified address on Wednesday, 19/08/2015 (today) for a special delivery for which I had to provide a copy of my ID and a Proof of Residence.<br> At around 16:30 I phoned Witbank to enquire about my parcel that was supposed to have been delivered in the morning. The lady phoned me back and informed me that their driver was in Cullinan doing a delivery which is 2.1km from my address.<br> At 18:00 I phoned again and spoke to Tebogo to enquire once again as I had still not received my parcel. He called back and informed that they had passed my address and went on to do deliveries in Refilwe! I informed him that due to the fact that I stay on a smallholding, with the current rampant crime in South Africa, I do not receive parcels after dark. Needless to say I didn't receive my parcel. (I have recordings of all my calls.)<br> Having waited the whole day for this special delivery for which I must personally sign for and not receiving it was a waste of my time. I do not know when I will receive my parcel.<br> Apologies don't do it anymore - too many complaints on Hello Peter.
