Non delivery and lies

Ram was meant to deliver my parcel on Thursday. They **** said I wasn't home and phone went to voicemail. I called customer service told them am home all day and never received any call . Friday again my parcel was with their lazy drivers who doesn't do their work . They wrote same story that I wasn't home for delivery. I needed mg parcel urgently. Looks like will wait forever seeing them making up stories and stupid excuses. Drivers are lazy to do their work and unprofessional.
