Non delivery and incorrect info on tracking status

<p>Should have recevied package on the 12 May 2017. One call from them which I missed but called them within 10 minutes and got told that the delivery has failed and that they cannot complete the delivery on that day. Got promissed that the delivery will be done on Monday 15/05/2017. Checked the status update today to discover that I was not available on Friday and thus delivery failed. Called the call centre today 15/05/2015 to find out if the parcell was still going to be delivered, I was told that the parcell has not been dispatched for delivery and that they would get someone to call me back and arrange delivery.</p> <p>Not acceptable : Incorrect info on tracking and not keeping to promise to deliver as promised.</p>
