Non delivery
Ram couriers clearly has no idea what's going on in their own business or the people hired are not suitable for the job. I ordered things that would have been delivered last week. With covid I work one week at home and the next at the office. So they didn't make it when I was at work so I had to change the address even after that they got the address wrong and went to my work. Now a day later they sending it back to sender as they also do not answer their phones or reply to the emails being sent to them. Worst couriers company I've ever used

03 Feb 2021, 12:41Remember that we only change the delivery address when Vodacom authorizes for us to do so.
They had not given a Change Of Address go-ahead and the parcel was then returned back to the sender today.

There was not Change Of Address that was received for your parcel on our side, otherwise the parcel would have been delivered.

That was on the 28th and the next one was on the 1st:
11:30 | Outgoing Call - Follow up Account Query - Kindly assist with the COA below Address : # GAMKA RIVIER CRESCENT LEACHVILLE BRAKPAN #### All other details are correct as.
So if you guys do not have competent staff to do the work or cant read please hire people that can do so. its a waste of time and money having staff that cant do their job.
That was on the 28th and the next one was on the 1st:
