non delivery

<p>Received an sms this morning my parcel is out for delivery between 8am-17pm . I've waited the whole day and haven't receive any communication from the courier company informing me of any complications with regards to the delivery. Tracked the parcel 16:10 non delivery. I've called Vodacom to check if all my details are correct and everything is in order. It's totally unprofessional not receiving any communication from you guys. I had other plans but I had to cancel it just to receive my parcel... </p>

I do apologize for the none delivery that occurred.

In tracing your parcel I have noted that RAM tried to make delivery to you at 16:08pm on the 24/3/2017, however could not get hold of you. Your parcel is currently out for delivery to you again today.

What a waste of time!

Again no communication just a non delivery!

No one even tried to get hold of me.

I really don't think my address is that hard to find, I'm just a few streets away from your bellville branch.

Really disappointed with your service!

I will be back at work tomorrow. I'm leaving an authorisation letter for my mother to receive my parcel.
