Non communication and delayed delivery

I am dissatisfied with the service. I have been waiting for delivery from 04 December and the system had a 2 days turn around time. when the turnaround time lapsed the tracking when back to the initial step on the system.

there is an option to chat to the agent and nothing comes out of that agent expect that it closes the chat after few minutes. I di not go to office on Thursday and Friday because i have been waiting for this.

Can someone give me a call to urgently sort this out.
