No word from useless RAM
RAM is absolutely useless, upgraded online yesterday and still no word from RAM. Considering cancelling the order with Vodacom

Please note that there is no tracking with the reference number provided.
This could because Vodacom has not yet consigned for Ram to collect the parcel from the Vodacom warehouse.
Considering that you have only requested for the upgrade to be made yesterday, we feel it is still soon for you to track the parcel as yet.
Once the parcel is with Ram, communication will be sent to you in order to advise of the movement of the consignment.

08 Nov 2020, 20:14Still no word from RAM. When I spoke to Vodacom today they advised that RAM was supposed to collect the device from the store a day after the order was placed online and pleaded with me not to cancel the order and promised to investigate.
