No update on my order or where it is
I placed an order on bash on the 29th of November. Then another 2 orders this week . How is it that my order from the 29th has no update i can't even get through to RAM, I am holding on for 6 minutes at a time as if I have airtime to waste and the WhatsApp chat just cuts me off everytime. Yet the order i placed in the week is being delivered today. I need my order from the 29th delivered today i dont really care how it's going to be done but it needs to be done today

05 Dec 2025, 10:21Please understand that the parcel is need delivered is an item I needed for tomorrow. Hence why I ordered it on the day that I did. If I knew I would have to wait this long I would not have bothered. I just got a message saying that I have my 3rd order out for delivery. Please make it make sense. I have 3 parcels. Parcel number 2 already delivered this morning , parcel number 3 will be delivered sometime during the day , why is parcel number 1 not being sent with parcel number 3
