No System Processes

Over the past 3 days i have found that ram has no system process. I understand that they have processes for delivery but every morning the sender will contact Ram and ensure my parcel is marked for third party receiving. Every morning we get confirmation. However when Drivers contact me they don't have that note and when they contact Ram the note apparently does not exist.

I was Hijack and im still waiting for my ID to be done by Home affairs. This is increasing frustrated as im trying to get my new mobile device.

They Call centre and whatsapp agents just hangs up while you are talking and explaining. You repeat yourself numerous times.

I don't like using ram. I once had a vodacom simcard out for delivery with them and it took 3 weeks. they only delivered the simcard after i went and did a sim swap at vodacom..

When the parcel got to me it was open and simcard was out of the plastic.

I lodge a complaint and was told they will investigate its been 3 weeks
