No Support, 'Over Night' actually is 'Next Week'

Requested (and paid for) *over night service* on Tuesday, Still nothing by Saturday. Spoken to two agents, complains dept, complaints dept manager and a customer support manager. All promise to call back and don't, all say they are making a plan - they don't, everyone says they making a note on the system - they never do, all say it's going to be delivered and it hasn't... I see poor service is consistent in the feeds on your social pages. Like many others this is the last time I will be your customer.
