This is the second time I'm experiencing this. Initially, I thought I did something wrong or it was an isolated issue. But now that I have placed another order through another store - the same thing happens.

RAM has a culture of arriving at your address, ring your line for a split second then leaving immediately.

You guys can deliver at your own places - I'm no longer dealing with you. Especially you consultants over the phone, that have the AUDACITY to shut me up and tell me "ma'am, the driver is coming".....I had just TOLD YOU THAT WE HAVE BEEN WAITING OUTSIDE FOR THE DRIVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Such poor service!
