No so good service received
God I have never been so ****ed in my life about a service, 2 out of 5 parcels were delivered fine on the same address but boom all of a sudden they are delivering to the incorrect address, how? My TFG parcel went back, now I have to buy the goods with the normal price, kind of useless now that I bought online on black Friday specials. I am really disappointed and ****ed with the service I got from RAM, especially from the drivers lack of communication. I am crying for the airtime that I have spent on them for the past 2 weeks to get them to deliver to the correct address.

They have finally delivered some of my parcels but unfortunately the one returned to TFG I couldn't do anything about it as TFG informed the goods are already in stores, I am really saddened by this ordeal as I have to buy the goods on normal price, lesson learned from all this experience, no more shopping online for TFG.
