No show on delivery confirmation
Ram agent phones me a week after complaining that I have not received my order from Cell C. He phones me on Friday to confirm delivery on Monday, 20th January. Today is Tuesday, 21 January, no delivery yet. When I phoned Ram this morning, I was told they have not received the confirmation of change of adress from Cell C. Then why phone me confirming delivery to the correct adress. Somebody is asleep at the switch. How does this company exist for do ling if internal systems fail them?

We will lodge the complaint and hand over to management to investigate as why you received your parcel late parcel, the relevant parties that contributed to you not receiving your parcel will be dealt with accordingly.
