No show even though I got an SMS to say my order will be delivered today?

Good day,

My excitement regarding my BASH delivery has turned into rage. I received an SMS at 08:41 saying that my parcel will be delivered today. Since then I have been at home, waiting the entire day, only to receive an SMS at 16:33 saying that my delivery was unsuccessful. Meanwhile I doubt the driver even pitched up at the gate. The driver did not attempt to contact me or even hoot at the gate. There are 4 people on the property including myself and no one saw a driver. I am deeply disappointed by this as I ordered something very special.
