Please do not choose RAM hand to hand couriers to collect your parcels. RAM was instructed by Vodacom to collect a incorrectly delivered phone a year ago. Weekly follow-ups are made with Vodacom. They are instructing RAM to collect, but no reaction. This is worst I've ever experienced from a delivery company.
