NO service - no delivery!!

I am due to receive a package from Vodacom - and i have all the docoments to PROOF Ram was only to deliver on a Friday. Today Wednesday, 27 March 2019 Ram dispatched my package - KNOWING i will not be in the office to sign and receive it. I had to call twice and every time held for 5+ minutes and finally dealt with a consultants who did not even ask for my reference, this is not the first time i am dealing with this - last year i had to deal with a branch manager who refused to give me my package - even after i was promised there will be no issues!

I requested a call back at 10:30 and i am still waiting for the call

i need to know and need confirmed when my package with me delivered and i need a specific time!

i am reporting this to Vodacom as well as Ram is NOT giving the service to the Vodacom clients what they deserve!

Still waiting for the time my package is being delivered and feedback with regards to why there is NO service at Ram - why do NO ONE care about the customers??? Vodacom and the Ram Customers is payment for a Service, which is NOT supp****!!! Marvin was to call me back yesterday - almost 24 hours later and NO feedback????
