No service after payment

RAM hand to hand couriers - the worst worst worst service - you can't tell me that 'some' credit cards take longer to reflect, then YOUR system PayUmoney is also the worst system you could have. HOW am supposed to send you Proof of Payment - i only get the sms from my bank - and you don't accept it - if I pay on YOUR credit card system - YOU took my money and YOU need to deliver the service.
