No service
So received a response from Ram apologising and assuring me that they will get my package out asap. It was a generic response because nothing has changed. Still no package still no call from a manager. Nothing. Second day waiting around. Called the call centre again spoke to Maria who put me on hold for 25 minutes then she ended the call. Am I even getting my package. Is it lost? I mean just let me know when I will get it so I don't just stick around at home for no reason. Have a manager call me today.
