No response for delivery
<p>I ordered my cellphone from Vodacom yesterday. Received a phone call from RAM and was told it will be delivered today. It has not even left them yet and I am not available on Monday for delivery. Have phoned them twice today and am still waiting for a returned call. My order number is U ********** 8</p>

I did recieve my cellphone at the end of the day. It left your Isando Branch at 1pm and I only received it at 16:15. The gentleman who was delivering it got hopelessly lost. I find it quite shocking that your drivers are not given the tools to navigate themselves around the areas.
