No Response

<p>I deal with RAM everyday...and every day is a struggle just to organize a simple collection!</p> <p>Either there is no answer from the call centres or the parcel is simply not collected</p> <p>This is pathetic!!</p> <p>Especially Cape Town Call Centre....I don't think a customer should have to call back 3 times because no one is answering the phone...</p>
