No respect towards small businesses and very poor customer service.

RAM has the absolute worst customer service ever. They don't care to deliver any parcels on time and have no respect for small businesses. We are a small business and need our products to arrive to our retail clients on time, failure to do this affects our reputation with clients who we work so hard to secure and threatens our small business. Small businesses are so crucial to the growth of this struggling economy but RAM does not care to offer us good service. They are completely unreliable. Do not use them as a small businesses. Its been 5 days and still no effort to deliver my orders to the retailer - the retailer is now cancelling my order with them.
